Speed boat from Foam board

This is my second try at building a boat. I had all the help from our beloved boat expert Roopeshji. I even visited him a few time at his place to finish off the final stages of assembly.

Following is a short photo log of my build.


I have use 3 mm foam board for the hull and 5 mm board for the top, keel and the transom.

What is your motor/esc/prop combination?

Motor: Emax 1600 KV
ESC: 18amps HK SS esc
Prop: Scratch build using aluminium 30mm dia, 3 blade

From where did you get foam board in Delhi?

you can find foam board in Delhi at choona mandi Karol bagh. but i am in Kerala right now so i got it here ....

no dimensions or plans. but i do have some paper cutouts that i used to mock up the boat ill try to find them and put the dimensions.....

in Kerala it is available near North station in Cochin.... only problem its available in full sheets
