This would be an interesting book, for anyone who is into designing of aircrafts, even RC ones !

The GeeBee was one of the worst aircraft when it came to landings. It also suffered severe wing flutter. It was built only to break the prevailing speed record. So they fitted this monster of a Wasp engine into this tiny airframe. It really tested a pilots skill in flying.
