Praveen,
I have nothing against you selling at cheap prices or from where you get your models (I had made very clear in my other posts) What mattered was your prices were attractive and I was taken to your site attracted by the prcing and what you said here. But reading through your site, I could spot many non facts or misleading facts,(which you choose to label as mistakes, and for all who may have read the blog it was not at one place but all over)  which further led me to do a bit of reasearch. One of the averements made at the blog was about the World Models/Wing Makers Spitfire being the best availble in India. Now I do not know in what sense it was avered to be best but from what I could gather it was only may be in terms of pricing. Now this led me to comment on the ESM/YT Spit being better than the WM one and the same being availble locally. This made you read in between lines.

At the same time I posted on the thread about the Spit I also sent a PM to you as something from the Wing makers site interested me. Though you logged in manh times after my PM I did not get a reply (may be you were busy sending the numerous kits out) till the time I openly posted about my PM at the same thread, for which you replied saying that you would let me know.

You and many here may be wondering why am I writing this or why I posted there at the other forum.

I have dealt with almost every seller of aero models in the country and I have the privilage of calling most of them as friends. There have been a few oddball seller who came on the scene had a mercurial publicity/excellent pricing but then vanished. I had misfortune of dealing with one of them and had a harrowing experience. Ever since I prefer to do my homework/research/investigating and only when I am comfortable with the seller do I deal, even if when prices may be slightly higher than available elsewhere. Most of my hobby rupees is spent abroad dealing with individual sellers on ebay,RCG and RCU where again the decision is heavily influnced by what kind of people they are, thier ratings, how long have they been in the business etc (you see all this inspires confidence) . I also have existing relations with most of the seller in the country where I can call them up and the items get shipped even before I send them the money (needless to say that this relationship has been built over years of mutual trust).

Now coming back to the topic, I had my own conclusion post my investigation and kept it to myself despite some eager soul wanting to know. I never said I was right, I just said I have some conclusions based on some coincidence. At the other post the reason why I did not mention RCD as seller of ESM kits was that they have been  advertising here and it was assumed that people would be aware, especially when there was a poll with the topic of best LHS and I thought giving that clue would point people in the right direction. I even asked about you reading in between the lines, but you never replied. Instead I got jibes from people who may have lil knolwedge of what's scale. Now note that I am not saying or never said that ESM is perfect scale, but only that it has much better quality and scale fidelity than WM ones. For a true scale fan the WM Spit looks funny. However a person looking for a standoff scale it might be perfectly acceptable.

While RCD guys may have taken your one of the above post in the spirit you intended it to be, you just lost one potential customer. No, it would not affect your popularity, or your ratings from the customers or I guess in any other way. But yes, you lost me.

All the best and may more LHS's offer great deals to flyers in the country.

Happy Diwali and happy landings to all

Don't get alarmed :)  Such conflicts are a part of life, and you will face such things in your college, your company, your house and elsewhere !  There will always be conflicting interests, people with different backgrounds, attitudes and motivations and so on. If you start walking out based on such things, you will be on the run forever ;)

Competition is a fact of life, and it can turn unpleasant. Tomorrow (or the day after) you will see everyone forgetting all this, and working together towards the betterment of the hobby. If not everyone, there will be a large majority who will do so.  They may not be vocal and loud, but you will see them here, and elsewhere in life.

Now me thinks no one can blame me for being partisan, what my post did for PVN's thread is doing it here for RCD's thread.
So I should get a free Diwali gift from both LHS's    ;D
