Hi Guys,

    This is my first scaled foamie and its NOT a profile foamie. Its a 16% scale model of Extra 300S made of Styrofoam, colored tape and some little balsa.

there is the video of the maiden... Its not god though.

slicing of styrofoam into three 98*49*1 cm sheets by hot wire cutter. parts of fuselage cut

day 2 Oct 31 Monday
Joining of the above parts to form fuselage. Horizontal and vertical stabilizers cut (Aeromodelling Club)

Taping of Fuselage and Stablizers. Attachment of Stablizers to the fuselage. Wire cutting of Wings.

day 4 Nov 2 Wednesday
Elevator, Rudder attachment, motor mounting.

day 6 Nov 4 Friday
Strengthening of main wings by spar and drilling of holes in spar, taping of main wing. portion of fuselage behind canopy completed.

day 7 Nov 5 Saturday

sanding to make upper part of fusalege

day 9 Nov 7 Monday
upper part of fuselage done, Cutting of Excess wing + Artwork, Left Wing slot made in Fuselage

day 10 Nov 8 Tuesday
Right wing slot made, Ailerons attached, Servo mounting of elevator, ailerons and rudder servo centering, construction of landing gear mount.

day 11 Nov 9 Wednesday
Tail wheel and main landing gear attached. Servo centering and tail-twist adjustment done.
Preflight Check and Centre of mass adjustment.
