I would like to offer a basic balsa glider. It is a Chuck glider.
The glider has been designed to be extremely simple to assemble. I assembled and flew one myself WITHOUT any kind of sanding or finishing. I just glued it all together and flew it. Ideal for beginners  :) can be assembled in as little as 25-30 mins.

Dimensions:
Wingspan: 36cm
Weight: 5-6 gms

The kit will include:
1. Wood Parts
2. Plan
3. Rubber Band for Balancing

You will need to supply a small tube of CA for assembly

Here is small flight video:

Pricing: Rs. 100/-

Currently 120 pieces will be available. :)

It will be cheaper to ship out larger orders due to the nature of the kits.
Discounts n shipping available on larger orders.

will do my best to pack all orders securely
Shipping and handling will be charged extra on actuals. (PM with quantity for actual quotes)

N.B.: The plan is currently "UN-NAMED", so I am launching a small competition for forum members to suggest a name for the glider. The person who suggests the best name shall be given a chuck glider at no cost.  :hatsoff:

A request to the admins/moderators. Pls. Shift it back to the sales thread. I accidentally shifted it to the beginners thread while trying to change the subject.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Yash, don't mind, but this is kids stuff man.
Try to experiment and add value.
Basic chuck glider plans are available on the net from at least 60-70 years back!

@KK Iyer ji I agree with you completely. however the moment I switch to complex designs, balsa wastage increases and prices inevitably increase which is what i wanted to to avoid. (btw there was nothing to mind for that sir.)

Secondly I worked on this design for VC ji since he expressed interest in a low cost chuck glider for his workshops. Even though he did not confirm the order, i decided to go ahead with the plan more for personal interest. VC ji put forward the criteria of NO SANDING (ease of assembly), just glue and fly, I think it was a small victory in that regard since it flew beautifully without it.(Most chuck gliders need a fair bit of sanding.)
Also i designed it with absolute novices in mind who had absolutely no idea about chuckies :hatsoff:, so making it this easy to assemble was definitely a good thing for them. (Sounds stupid, but i think this is extremely true)
I obviously agree that this glider is extremely basic. However this was the only way to keep costs low.
Please dont mind me saying this, but at Rs. 100 it would be a little too hard to get a more complex balsa glider. (Wastage, cutting costs etc.)

In the circumstances you mention, your idea is good enough.
Best of luck.

I think you would get a better response if you posted a more convincing video.
