Interestingly looks this guy has clearly cheated me too over this sale. i got the cherger which doesn't work!

I dont know why there are people here who are not ethical and can not self declare things as they are, they seem literate and committed towards this interesting hobby, still there are such instances where they start cheating to this extent.

I would like to request admistrators to help get a way out from such members so that the forum remains clean from all such misleading elements.

I would only say, it is not about money but someone should not take this lightly and walk away.

With this I can confirm the sellers has cheated with us and I would like to submit negative feedback in Trader System 

However I would also like to know the seller can give negative feedback for same to buyer    Ideally it should not , when it's proved that seller has cheated to buyers  (any comments Admin / Experts ?)

Seller mentioned Motor is NIB however

o   Motor shaft have marks of prob adapter.
o   Motor mount have marks of screw while we get same on mounting it somewhere.

Seller mentioned battery is new however
# Battery : 
o   By comparing with my stock same battery  I could easily notice it's swell.
o   I checked voltage with multimeter I found it 12.68 V . I have tested my batteries many times none of my battery voltage showed more than 12.60 v. (I always use Balance Charger.)
o   Connectors of battery are have black mark usually we see it after miss use.         
When you say NIB then it should be (It not even used for testing )

ESC : used as you mention

Prop Adapter : used (you have not mention it's new or used however photo shows it's in bag I thought it's new)

I don't care about Esc as it's used as mentioned  ,  prop adapter with some scratches  , motor unless it's shaft is not bend and running fine , but I have serious concern about swelled (puffed as shown in pic )battery . So I request seller for refund for battery at least but never get any reply on same.
I got only one pm saying marks on motor may be because of shipping (if consider this true for a second it's again sellers fault) which is not true that's the reason I have posted pictures before starting any communication on this topic.
Never get any reply on lipo's bad condition as mention above.

guys a piece of advise, don't buy anything from individuals, it makes lot of sense to buy from a genuine source at little higher price and assure that the items are new than regretting later.

It clearly indicates that this guy is cheat, so i suggest mods to ban this guy and other like him.

For your information charger is already sold and purchaser found it faulty. Please go through complete thread before you buy anything from this seller.

If you see the other post (on can we make money in RC) and general mood in the country is that, we are known to have the tendency to make quick bucks, if a buyer has put an allegation, you need to clear the air, here. if the item was faulty as reported by the buyer and you have replaced it (Apparently you have) then you need to come and tell us about it in the thread, else it is not good for you, today people may forget, memories may fail. Google doesn't forget a thing. bringing any discussion / allegation to a logical conclusion is the call of the day.

as regards your question, you can comment on the negative feedback given, future buyer will be intelligent enough to understand and correlate

you have to open up yourself. You should not avoid the reply and should have to clear the cloud. Don't think that you can vanish as bank transfers are linked with your account i. e. your identity and should know that this hobby is mostly addicted by top level officers.

So You should speak out to maintain clarity of yourself as well as us. After all all your choice. We are ready to help you. Already have applied (PMed) for appropriate action by ADMIN. Please don't blame us in future that you have not given a second chance.

The concern is, people should not just sell and go away, i would rather request admin to look at some ways to help avoid/minimise such things, maybe, just a suggestion admin should allow only people to sell with some prerequisites (which can be duration spent with RCIndia or user ratings in case of exisating sellers, daily activity, consistency etc) which will be beneficial for all. Though it is understood, the forum may not be a selling ground but members still tend to sell and purchase here.

firstly battery -

As pic attached i bought the battery from rcbharat on 30/6/12 it took 6 days to deliver at my place .
I got it on 6/7/12 . then i thought that i need some more power full  battery for quadcopter project so i sold as NIB . .

the pics where attached within the thread . Mr vinayak could ask me for more pics before buying .

i myself make sure that battery was never used  .


Now for the charger:-

same thing goes for charger as i need charger for 4 cell battery so i sold it and it was never used.

I bought it from ebay

the day when i had to ship the charger i checked the charger and it was in working condition . i dont know why sandeep is saying its not working .

I am not a particular seller . i love this hobby as much everyone do and I dont want to cheat anyone

Admin - plz make a rule to make a video and upload it on youtube about the items so that video can define all the sides of item 

Kinnu, would you please look at the images Vinayak has posted in the same thread, battery (hardly used) should not swell like this. You can also see the voltage levels it is indicating.Batteries are as good as explosives if not handled properly, moreover if you are passing on such items, this should have been mentioned as this can be easily noticed, maybe identifying puffing may have not been noticed, but over-voltage in this case is in excess of 12 V (Li-ion- 11.1 V rated) certainly is a danger sign.

Lastly, the charger in my case could not be turned on at all, what would i interpret? It is non-functional!
