Received Item just now...
While inspecting and before testing them I don't found Battery and motor are new  as you have mentioned 
Both are used . I could confirm same by  following points..

# Motor : This is used for flight or may be for testing
o   Motor shaft have marks of prob adapter.
o   Motor mount have marks of screw while we get same on mounting it somewhere.
o   Motor wire : One can easily notice that bullet connectors are disordered from wires.

# Battery : 
o   By comparing with my stock same battery  I could easily notice it's swell.
o   I checked voltage with multimeter I found it 12.68 V . I have tested my batteries many times none of my battery voltage showed more than 12.60 v. (I always use Balance Charger.)
o   Connectors of battery are have black mark usually we see it after miss use.         
When you say NIB then it should be (It not even used for testing )

ESC : used as you mention

Prop Adapter : used (you have not mention it's new or used however photo shows it's in bag I thought it's new)

If you agree that motor and battery are used please let me know what to do as I have paid for new one. I would like to return you all this in this case.

If you are not agree  not a problem . This will be a lesson learned for me and I will always avoid to purches items from individuals.
