Gusty saheb, it's old, but the fundas are well explained, and remain valid till date. I ha saved it as a Word Document some years ago.

some of the things about xtal, et al..aren't relevant anymore. yeah simplicity wise certainly +1 on that

Gusty sir, Yes, Xtal is outdated in the age of ppm/pcm 2.4 Ghz, but many flyers who just buy RTF & Arfs don't know the basics of building, fitting controls, fuel systems etc. This brings a lot of value and is, I believe, a "must-read"

It would have been great if it was updated, but as they have stopped many years ago, it's all that's available

Word document is good, one can print, and keep in the bathroom, thus 5 minutes reading daily  ;D ;D

I really recommend reading these. Even people who say they are 'intermediate' flyers should read....it can be an eye opener.

Beginners, if you read through these, keeping in mind the advances in technology (especially electronics) you will have a better understanding of the hobby, fly safer, and have a lot of your questions and doubts answered
