Had ordered  a custom kit of Mr.Moss. Firstly they took 2 days to process it as there was no electricity. no offence / problem with that but wen i recieved the parcel it  did not have the 3mm connector...

that's not a big problem....... just tell him he  missed it out..... he will give u a another one...

also if u are  asking for a custom build... minimum waiting will be 3-4 days... as that item is to be manufactured and not ready in stock.... there are  hardships during manufacture....

have been trying to call rcforall  but evry time it saysa call cannot be connected at this moment

how many days are  u trying this for..... 1...??

+1 Abhay. If I know Mr. Sai, he gives more than what a customer pays for. Please call him and I'm sure he will be more than willing to oblige.

@aerovishwa i didnt complain about the delay
only problem was the missing connector ad to gift the plane to a friend for bday so needed it urgently

no since last 3-4 days m trying if anyone has his number pla can anyone pm me i will be more than grateful to him
and no complains extra had good support from them till now ....just shared my experience thats it no offences

gift the plane.... he can ship the connectors to your friend directly.....

1. Has the phone number ever connected ? If not, have you considered that the number may have changed or the one you have is incorrect ?

2. Since phone call did not work, have you tried alternative means like email or using any contact form they have on their site ?  How about using PM on this site ?  Sai is fairly responsive here.

You SHOULD post any genuine grievance you have about any site/seller, but you should also give the shop the same lenience/benefit of doubt you would afford for yourself.  It seems like you may have jumped the gun on this one.

Note that your urgency is not the store's problem, unless the store explicitly promised you delivery by a certain date.

Have ordered a lot of stuff from Sai, always get a bit extra than what is paid for... just have to ask!!
He is my man for deals.. Connectors and nick nacks can be lost in packing too.

I got my items free shipped. Just got informed rohit has a large pack and I request to send the items with that. They promptly accepted it and dispatched. And always found prompt in reply. I got the phone no. 08939306941. Possibly Bhubna madam will pick up. You have to talk and listen in SLOW english like me as I am weak in English (Specially for pronunciation). Hope it works.

Btw now a days the gold connectors come factory soldered on both the esc and the motor so we don't send them separately as in the past we found soldering was as problem but if by chance your set up is without connectors do let me know . ( photo attached )
So the 3 mm connectors you are looking for are there presoldered and heat shrink fitted on the ESC and the motor, please try to understand what you are looking for before you begin looking for them 

As for the electricity part can't help that I don't generate my own power I depend on TNEB for that.

As for delay in shipment I think 2 days is reasonable most hobby shops take that as we have other business to attend too as well.

That is not a 3 mm connector.That is wooden piece BTW the dimension of fiber tubes are 10 x 10 mm .
We should have sent you a small piece of wood which is available in any hardware shop , it is called Gattu wood used by carpenters to fix screws on the wall.
Each piece will be around Rs 3-4. Sending it by courier will be too costly .

Aero modeling requires some use of Imagination    not spoon feeding.

sir please check the copy of the bill as far as i know it was nowhere mentioned 3-4 rs have lost the bill so please check it and as far as the connector is concrcerned i have made it using wood piece i had thougt that it was something different

@shauviks if the kit is supposed to include the wooden piece then the hobby shop should send it to you no matter what it costs and what the shipping costs.

@sunlikestar it was mentioned in the bill but didnt find it in the parcel
