Hi, does anybody have any experience with the FMA Co-Pilot? How is it under Indian conditions?

Are there good open places around Margao?
and I suppose this may help you a bit in knowing something you may be interested in..

Hey and I think Sai sells these stabilizer systems, he has the same Co-pilot on sale, I guess you should send him a PM
and ask about the success rate of these things in India!
I too am plannig to buy this in some months, will be good if someone from the forum has experience to share with us!

Hi, I have a FMA co pilot for sale. Used it to learn my self. Works well once you calibrate it properly. I am selling for 3k. Let me know if you are interested.
Cheers...

Yea, there is a huge ground here where we can fly but now it must be covered with thick grass.. The cessna link you've posted is for the Co-Pilot II..

I'm not looking to buy it right now as I'm still in the 'saving up money' phase.. How old is it? How effective is it? It would be very helpful if you could tell us more about it..

10 flights max. I learnt fast ;-)
Bought it in end 2009 and have nit used it since.

It is effective in keeping the model steady but cannot teach you flying. That you need someone experienced to instruct you for few flights at least. This helps in approaches as it keeps the model level - and that is where we all make mistakes.

It is a nice gadget to have :-) but you out grow it fast....

Sorry for the late reply.. Don't know the exact name of the place.. You have to keep going further from Davorlim.. We just know it as Davorlim ground.. Its owned by some big company and is lying unused (not sure but I think its owned by Dunlop).. I had been there about 6 years ago with Mr. Peter Gomes who used to fly his .46 trainer there..

In my opinion you should consider FY 21 AP II stabilizer instead
