DIY helping hand tool for soldering

I made this Helping hand tool a few months ago, out of scrap and very cheap materials. very useful for soldering works, hope you guys find it a worthy DIY.

Extremely awesome anjan bhaiya using a hard disk case for base is great idea :bow:. Making intructables is quite difficult i made one it took me like 10 - 15 hours to complete everything
Build planes like feathers rather than tanks, both handle bullets equally well.

I have a lot of junk, but no heart to throw them away :banghead:  so things like these are given birth to, occasionally.  ;)

it took me about 3 hours to make the instrictables, i think.

BTW, what are the arms made out of? Coat hangers?
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional!

Any flexible metal wire sir. Coat hangers are a bit stiff for use as over time they could break :(

Thank you! sharing it with you makes me happy :)

The arms are made of galvanized steel wire, they call it G-wire around here, not sure if it's 1.5 or 2mm and i sleeved it with a plastic tube.

:iagree: they're usually made of 3 or 4mm aluminium and breaks when flexed repeatedly.
