If that is fixed and if it cannot be reduced you cannot charge it in case of a normal 180mah battery since 180mah battery at 1C can be charged at 180mA only. However you nanotech 180 mah battery can be charged if it is 5C charge capable which nanotech are mostly.

You should not charge any LiPo at over 1C (that is the mAh value in Amps, 180mAh at max 180mA and so on), though it could be done but shortens the life of the battery. Since your charger outputs 600-700mA, you should only charge batteries over 600mAh capacity to be safe. Only the charging time would be longer for higher mAh batteries.

no sir i dont think i can reduse charging current- 700/600mA on the charger, k so as i understand with this charger i can only charge batteries above 600mah was planning to buy 450mah http://rc4all.co.in/product_info.php?cPath=21_127&products_id=614

Bigger bty have it mentioned in your case I will quote specs

Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate.-Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries.which may not to true knowing hobbyking

k so i need to look for 5C fast charge capable on the battery specs and on the charge specs were is it mentioned...sorry i dont knw much abot charges

Do not charge your batteries over 1c. I have tried charging a nano-tech (5C capable) at 2.5C and it puffed up. Get a decent charger. The HK eco6 is a good beginner charger.

this charger was from germany the german guy at the hobby shop made this kind of extensions for the charger  with JST said could charge batterys directly i was using it with 800mah http://rc4all.co.in/product_info.php?cPath=21_127&products_id=611 so far it still charges fine ,what i dont understand is why the guy made this JST plug said it will work on small batterys i guess only the smaller batterys have this plug also.
