charging a Lipo..

hello frnds...
can anyone tell me how much time does a 4000 mah Lipo takes to charge..? ??? ???
i have 4400 mah lipo (actually i connected two 2200 mah 30C lipo electrically ;D) and it takes almost 8 to 9 hours to charge.. :o
i use imax b3 charger..

Then its normal
Because 4400 mah total
Takes 8 hour with 850mA charger

Edit : Corrected 850 Amps to 850 mAmps

8-9 hours???? :headscratch: :headscratch: ??? ??? on my accucell i can charge my 3000 mah 3s 30C cell at 1C in 1 -1.30 hrs...plus there is a safety cutoff of 120min...i used to charge my small batteries 1000mah on b3(2 hrs(approx...dint keep any timer justa multimeter attached to the battery plug to keep a check on voltage)) but with only leds as indication i used to get a bit confused so bought accuccell...good charger for the buck!  :hatsoff:

yup parallel like in this video.... i thought it takes too much time... is this b3 charger is good or i have to buy another charger.. like turnigy or hobbyking...

if you have a lots of lipo get a good charger like accuccell or some turnigy charger as you'll outgrow your charger's capacity  :salute: :hatsoff:

850 mA , you meant, right ???

@gunnu, as Akhil sir said, it is normal to take that much time to charge a 4400mAh battery with B3 charger .
For fast charging you have to get a high power charger. Imax B6 being the cheapest option as of now (50W) .

if you need to charge few batteries look for 4in1 or 2in1 50-80watt charges.

Don't go for the charger from ebay.com since it is available from indian sellers at a few 100 bucks and we know it works. You can't trust those chargers from ebay at all.
