Has every esc default setting for lipo for appropriate minimum watt ?

Do you mean whether ESCs will be able to automatically detect how many cells are on the lipo connected to it, and handle that gracefully without causing issues ?

If yes, the general answer is that most brushless ESCs these days come with default settings that expect lipos (as opposed to NiMh etc), and the "cell count" is also set to "auto".  Although this is the general case, it is best to check the ESC documentation to confirm this before connecting the battery for the first time.
