Got my stuff today.Survived the transit from Cedar Rapids,Iowa-->.....-->Pune to Bangalore. ;D

I made sure that female relatives carried it all along the way ;D ;)

The lipo cost :Rs: 1575 and the whole combo(lipo+lipo safe bag+charger) cost me :Rs: 4500 ;D

The vids will take some time because I have to make a separate wiring harness and do some soldering.And the vid will be on my terrace.No big(usable) open places here :( .

btw Gandhar, u were considering buying Lifepo batteries for your Slash right?? i read your post on RCGroups.com.

any reason why u did not choose them??

I won't use an adpater.Getting bullets from RCD
@Ajit:I gave up on the LiFe's due to the weight and size.Also,their discharge rating wasn't the best.

ahh ok.

btw be careful with the bullets. they dont have any proper protection from shorting. since they rely on heat shrink to keep the 2 terminals apart, its still risky business with Lipo's

@Ajit:I will use heatshrink.After connection,there is no problem.Still,I'll take great care.

I read this great quote somewhere."Lipos are like guns.They are dangerous in the hands of stupid people".Really true.

Oh yeah they are! I Still have never run my LiPo below 3.8v per cell, because the motor/ESC Becomes so damn hot! :o
They just KEEP on running!
