Imax balance chargers from skyRC , preferably from robu.in, rchyper, rcmumbai or quadkopters. Don't know if they're available so check them all out.

I would recommend you a new player of chargers i.e ISDT chargers. I personally use those and they are amazing and highly portable. Their balance functionality also works as intended. It is bit costly but worth your money.
However the only drawback is almost all ISDT chargers need DC supply whereas skyrc and other charger do accept AC supply aa well.
If you are looking in low price range I recommend skyrc b6ac genuine only. If you have good budget then I recommend ISDT.
