It is problem with input, use a 12V power supply with atleast 2A and above. I had this problem, bought several DC adapter and none helped. But then i used my Set Top Box power adapter which has out of 12v and 2.5 A. Its now working like a charm :)

BEst to use one IBM laptop adapter with rating 18V 3.5Amp. it is easily available for 500 in local market, or buy a Desktop SMPS, fetch out 12V supply and feed it to your charger.

Thanks sandeep and Satya. Yesterday had a talk with mr.Vivek and after discussion with him, i opened my charger and checked it. it was giving falty output( Fluctuate) . Bought dc charger of Airtel Dish tv, and now it is working fine. It is a 12 v  2amp output .

Thanks for all.
