Is the Imax B6 copy any good, or its better to stay with the genuine one?
Other than the Imax B6, is there any charger that's good?
:hatsoff:
Been using it for over a year. No problems except that it charges Lipo only till 4.15v, so there's some offset error. Model is B6AC.
Don't. Just do NOT use fake/copy ones.
Some are good, some are dangerous.
Man, you're charging something that's very dangerous if you do it in the wrong way.
Sure, a lot of LHSs sell them, but it just doesn't guarantee safety.
It's my sincere request, just don't go for them.
Oh, well then, I shall not be buying a fake one.
But there's one problem, i ain't getting any original one.....
Also, are there any other good chargers?
:hatsoff:
B6 series are good. You can trust them. Even E6 and E3 are good. If you're low on budget, go for E3; no display but gets the job done (provided you don't have a large battery)
All the mentioned chargers are from skyRC. I've recently heard of ISDT chargers, and that they're great. Contact Balakrishna regarding that. He seemed to have a couple of them.
If you're high on budget, go for Turnigy Reaktor series. One of the best in the market.
I have nimhs to charge too, so the 'E' series ain't gonna help me.
Btw what are ISDT(full form please ;D)
Any multi chemistry charger??
Edit: I found a genuine Imax B6, here's the link : https://robu.in/product/imax-b6ac-v2-professional-balance-chargerdischarger/ , im considering it good.
:hatsoff:
That's pretty expensive, but it will be genuine.
All the B6 series are multi-chemistry. You won't have to worry about that :)
Contact Balakrishna Reddy for more info about ISDT. He has a personal experience with them, more recent than I had. So, he will be in a better to position to explain it to you.
I suggest you to buy ISDT chargers. They are pretty awesome. I have it and very happy with its performance. It accuracy is too good.
I set the final voltage to 4.19 and the charger charges it to 4.2v which I measure using a multimeter. Cannot say which is accurate but yeah that's truly awesome.
If you are planning to buy one I would suggest ISDT chargers.
ISDT look cool, and they seem good too, from your experiences.
But it isn't a charger that would suite my needs, I need a charger that can charge nimhs too. Moreover, I need an AC charger.
Anyways, thanks for your advices, i think i'll go with the B6.
:hatsoff:
well it says otherwise ;)
