Anybody with any experience of the skyrc imax b6 lipo charger(original dc) please give your opinion.
Also is it a good charger for storage charge?

Have been using it for more than year and no issues.
Only draw back is, it has no HV charge mode (only if you have 1s whoop lipos)
Also no option to check lipo internal resistance.
But does it spoil lipos in the long run or does it keep them proper?
Like does it cause the lipos to puff up?
And i need it for a 3 cell lipo

Lipos get puffed due to:
1. Storing at full charge instead of 50%,, ~3.85v
2. Drawing more current than rated capacity
3. Possibly by fast charging, but i don't know this for sure.
Recommend contacting Quadkopters.com.
@Sim, the new B6 mini by SkyRC overcomes these shortcomings , and it has the ability to check internal resistance , its also able to interface with a pc , need to download a software from the SkyRc website. Overall its very improved on the already awesome B6 previous version.
The only issue is if it doesn't come calibrated..

No Problem ,watch this-

You also need to calibrate the balance plugs, it was charging my cells 0.05 v less.
Is there a reason or even any way(simple and economical) to calibrate the original B6 , i thought it was ok. And used its reading as a standard to calibrate my multimeter. Been using B6 since 2 years with no issues, my lipos rarely puff , as i put them into storage mode.
