Guys I have two batteries in which one of the leads of the balancer plug has come out from the battery end. Can this be fixed?
My soldering skills are very bad. It would be great If any one from bangalore  helps out or should i discard the battery  

Have done this many times, you will need to expose the "board" where everything is soldered up, do the soldering and then wrap it back up with double sided tape followed by either plastic or fiber tape.  Not difficult to solder, and really no need to discard.

If you are uncomfortable, best to have someone else do it.
