So i have this zippy 5000mAh LiPo.

the weird issue is that when the LiPo is charged , its all good , like a brick. But when it is discharged , say after a flight , it looks puffed IE: i squeeze it and there is air inside . but when I recharge it , it is fine again ..

Is it fine or somethings wrong here ?

Even i got the same problem whats the C rating of your battery?

It is a normal thing with cheaper, not well cared Lipo. Fly them but with care.  avoid using high charge or discharge rate.

How old this lipo is? and for how many cycles have you charged or discharged it?

pretty new , must have done 8-9 cycles with just one being a fast charge , all other at a balanced at 1A

So this happens when even if once your any of the battery are over discharged (means below 3.3V) this has happend with me many times. I have many times while flying even after hearing beeps continued flying for 3-5 seconds.

The puffness appears only after flying and later when you charge it would disappear.
