To charge my 11v 3S Lipo Battery, i cannot understand as all the three led show red light which means its fully charged, but the battery is totally weak, it has not been charged for months then why does it show RED light ?

All three green leds mean they are fully charged, or not being used.
All three red leds mean they are being charged.

Think they have made a mistake in there description because I have a similar imax b3 charger.
