Simply go to some computer scrap market and grab the SMPS from a PC box. It should not cost you more than 200
Converting the SMPS to provide clean 12+ is just matter of shorting  two pins in one of the connectors in the SMPS.  You can find that detail on this forum itself:

Yes the tritons can be powered from a laptop adaptor - you will have to
look for one that output about 12-15 v - most these days output about 19v.

Ujjwaana's route is more satisfying from a DIY standpoint, But computer smps
are bulky - however they do provide a clean 12v DC.

You can also go to an electrical shop (yes electrical) and ask them for power adapters for tata sky set top boxes (around Rs. 200). These are switch mode supplies regulated and clean), typically 12v and capable of supplying 2A (which should be good to drive the charger for a 2.2Ah LiPo, it will take slightly longer to charge). Polarity and connector checks go without saying. A 3A supply can also be obtained with little extra effort.

DIY is great fun and a PC supply can be easily converted to be a clean source.

@sandeeppande, do you mean the charger or the PC supply as your current one? The PC supply was referred by saikat, I only resounded 

My setup, I use a 12v 2A adapter to charge a motorcycle battery (which is a part of my DIY caddie now). And in turn use the motorcycle battery to power the charger, saves me from restarting the charger in a city like Gurgaon where power interruptions are a standard

@ rajibcic - good charger use a 12V 2 Amp adapter is the ideal solution ...... I am using this with no problem.
Here you will not have issues due to current interruptions.

Only issue is if you store the batteries for longer time you need to keep per cell voltage at ~3.80 Volts...... and since you dont have store option you have to manually charge or discharge the battery to this voltage.

Which is at times very tedious job...... measuring charging / discharging ,,,measuring charging / discharging
