Hello,

I crashed my quad pretty hard a few days back and one of the cells from the 4S LiPo battery seems to be disconnected from the rest 3 cells(see pic). I am a bit hesitant to cut open the outer cover of the battery and peek through inside to fix this.

Has anyone faced this before? Or has anyone experience with dismantling a LiPo? If so, what precautions have you followed? Or should I just drop this idea and safely dispose the battery?

Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you.

Open cover of your lipo , check lipo voltage Do not puncture lipo, if it is punctured convert battery to 3s lipo
