For testing Can We Use Other Types Of Batteries other than lippo ? if Yes then which type ?

only for checking connections not for test fly only testing at ground :P

for that matter any battery can be used matching with ratings .....

I saw One of my College Friend Testing his plane using his bike battery :p

Is this ok or can damage the wiring or motor ?

no its ok ..... until the ratings are matched.
This batttery is 12V 5AH equivalent to a 3S Lipo.
Ideally there should not be any issue.
