what is the budget?  Are you interested in building/experimenting or in flying? If you spend a little more, find an inexpensive ARF (has all the foam precut, molded, gear wire, wheels, sometimes comes with a brushed motor, etc..)

something like this with a factory installed motor?

i want to build and experiment..... so everything.... is gonna be self build ....
i have some questions .....
1. for a 60cm fuselage what should be the wing lenght??? what should be rudder and elevator size...?
2. where should the landing gear be place... in respect to the cg....? in a taildragger type plane....
i have all the electronics lying around.. bldc's esc's etc....
what would be the  cost to build this plane then.....?

1:1 is good for beginners. Hot glue gun is good, but don't apply too much as its heavy.

you can also use foam safe CA, but it is expensive

1:1 means , that the thurst of the motor and the weight of your plane should be same
like if the thrust is 400 , the wt of plane also 400      400:400= 1:1 ratio.

hope its cleared ?

I would recommend you to build any kind of trainer models first of about 50" span... will be easy to learn and make...
Search on electric planes section and scratch build section to find lot of build threads ...
