Hello jammulak,
1) Yes it can be used for a quadcopter.
2) You will need to bind the radio(just Google it) to the receiver. And to power up the receiver, connect the battery to the esc and plug the esc plug into the bat section of the rx. Make sure that the polarity is correct.

Yes you can use this with quadcopter. There are two ways to power it. You need a flight controller like KK board. Then you will need to connect your channel outputs to that board and make sure the middle pin indicates the +5v. With it you can power the receiver. You need to join that kk board and receiver with servo like cables.
Point to be noted:  if you are using retractable landing gear and the servos of that landing gear are directly connected to receiver, then make sure that enough power is going through receiver, cause cases are happened like board can't supply enough power to receiver and then receiver can't supply enough power to landing gear servo and this resulting bricking the flight controller or receiver. If you have an landing gear use zener diode and power receiver directly from battery.

Thanks for the reply, but as per my understanding ESC plug should to go APM 2.6.  If I give ESC to revceiver only 3 ESC receive signals from APM. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks in advance.

No! If you want to only power up the receiver for binding purpose or something, connect only one esc.
Leave it. This is what you do -
-> Connect the ESC's to the APM board(double check the polarity otherwise you can fry the board)
-> Connect the APM board to the rx accordingly(again check the polarity)
-> Connect battery to the ESC's and the rx should light up along with the APM. If you havent bound your rx to your tx, the LED on the rx will blink. Now you can follow the bind procedure.
Hope you understand now :)
