Can we use 4s lipo instead of 3s.?
What will be effect on ESC and Motor?(they must be designed for over rating)

If your ESC and motor support 4S then its a GO. If their specs doesn't show support for 4S then its a big NO. We cannot exactly predict its behaviour for 4S but in long run there is high chance of motor/ESC running into flames.
