vinay

Hi Guys, :salute:

I am Vinay and Iam from bangalore. Iam very much interested in RC and plan to get into it now. Y now :P? coz now I have a little money to spend. {:)}

Ok before asking any questions abt TX RX Servos BESCs etc, My first quesion would be Weird ;D

I stay in bangalore South and I read that Jakkur is the only place they fly, and its almost 30+ KM from my house and I don't own a car! :(

But I have a scooter - Honda Activa. So If I get into RC, would an activa and a bagpack be pretty much enough to carry stuff from home to the ground? ???

Note that, I can keep some stuff under the seat and in the front box as well

My budget is around 15-20K. and I am planning to get all the stuff from US, since my brother is visiting us in this november. (:|~

If a car is mandatory, then I will have to drop this plan now.

Please reply :)

Thanks,
Vinay

dear vinay,
my name is ashta and i also stay in blore south. btm lay out
generally elctric planes are small and are manageable on a scooter. instead of buying planes u could scratch build some simple trainer to start with.
You can't be first because you do not know!

Thanks Ashta for the reply. :)

Iam planning to get only elctronics from US - TX RX SERVOS BATT/CHARGER, MOTOR, ESC, PROPS etc. and plan to get some arf here itself for my first build.

Good to know that i can manage on a scooter  :D

Also what will be the flying weight of the plane inlcuding electronics that can be carried on a scooter on an average? Beacause I was planning to invest on a big battery(200Grams) and  a .10 motor, 40 A ESC etc.
