What is End point, trim and sub trim setting in TGY 9X receiver.

Guys i am trying to setup my TGY 9X transmitter for the first time.
I have done some trial and error but not able able to lift my quad up.
Can anyone please explain what is the meaning of these settings??
1. End Point
2. Trim
3 Sub trim
