Any one has experience on the Mini Wing Dragon (electric) ? Since I am taking up this hobby after letting it go since my school days (30 years in between) I am new to the contrls, but know fairly well the science behind flight and flight maneuvres.  I would like an experienced guy (Noida) to get me started, if someone has the time and patience.

Don't know about the Mini version, but the original Wing Dragon has worked OK as a trainer for at least couple of people on our field.  It did break quickly (the middle part of the wing was the first thing to go), but was reinforced pretty harshly, and then served a good trainer for a long time.

The first search for Mini Wing Dragon is an RC Groups link that says it does NOT work well as the first trainer.

The original (non-Mini) Wing Dragon is not as good as the current range of recommended first time planes (AXN Floater, SkySurfer, Bixler, HawkSky etc), when it comes initial RC flight training.  And I am not sure if the mini version would work any better.

You should reach out to your nearest field, and take things forward from there.

Use the power in your own hands... "Search" :)

http://www.rcindia.org/search2?search=noida+field  (same as typing in "noida field" in the search box on the top right).

Look at result #3.
