I was also looking for one earlier and could not locate in any India website. Amazon India do list some with higher prices, but they are all coming from abroad.
So finally ended up buying from banggood.

I Ordred the product from aliexpress with china registered mail.how long will take to reach?

With current customs clearance situation, it is hard tell an estimate.
But anything above 30 days, I would contact aliexpress.

I want to control a dc motor with arduino.I used L298n motor drive.But the motor is too slow.Any substitute for this?please help

Use cytron mdds10 it works directly with receiver without using arduino it works like brushed 10 amps esc
Cytron mdds10a is one of my favorite. Watch it's review. It's actually great
