You can find the xato knife in any surgical shop. Here in Punjab no body knows xato knife by this name but if you say that i need a blade handle and blades they will give you the xato knife and these handles retails at about Rs25 for the handle and 10 for blades of 11 size here in Punjab.Try to find it near your area and if not been able to get any then just let me know i will courier you one. ;)

Your profile says you have an intermediate level of proficiency, yet it seems you are starting off ? It is possible that you were doing surface RC before, and just starting with aeromodels.

Secondly, all your questions so far seem already answered... I don't mean to discourage you, but I will be honest with you in that you are not doing a sincere job of searching this forum for available information. If you feel people are not responding, it is because they do not want to do your job for you !

For example, there are entire threads on how to mount motors using commonly available materials :

http://www.rcindia.org/tools-materials-and-building-techniques/how-to-mount-electric-motors-on-foamies/

and I found it simply by typing "how to mount motor" in the search box  :o  The above thread was the 3rd result in http://www.rcindia.org/search2?search=how+to+mount+motor !!

We all look forward to your plane flying gracefully in the air :)  But the homework has to be yours.  If you are genuinely stuck, we are all here to assist.

i opened this thread to precisely say what anwar bhai has said, Dark Nova, bro, you need to read up from the above mentioned Gem thread and may be this (http://www.rcindia.org/rc-general-topics/basic-aerodynamics-for-rc-flying/) could be palatable as well

PS
Knowledge is free out here. listen, listen and then ask (Not to discourage you though)

PPS
With respect to your question on Spadet thread , What is a tx ? intermediate, doesn't gel, tx rx is no stranger to anyone (Incl non-rc people).

I think you got me wrong... please note that this is not personal, and certainly NOT meant to be discouraging.  I want to encourage you to stand on your feet, not on crutches or resting on others shoulders !

I have said this before : http://www.rcindia.org/beginners-zone/how-does-a-tricopter-or-quadcopter-move-forwardback-ect/msg38495/#msg38495  (please read this post, and the 4 or 5 ones before that)
