Hi,
I was always fascinated by RC planes and recently after enough savings decided to make my own plane for first time. Being from a very small village in Kolhapur, Maharashtra (ANYONE NEARBY???)  getting the parts was not easy. After some hassles, I managed to build a simple plane.
But I made a beginner mistake and bought only 4 props thinking that will be enough and broke all of them in 10 days,(managed 15 flights in 10 days due to the Diwali holidays in empty Sugarcane Farms).
Then I got to know about prop savers. Although they are cheaper, I had to order them online with shipping cost more than the price. So I decided to do a jugaad.
As shown in pic, I took centre hub of one of the broken prop and 2 small bolts (from electric switch board). Heated the bolts and penetrated from the hub as shown in the pics.
Then used rubber bands to attach the propeller.
pls Feel free to give any suggestions.

Note-I don't like to post stories but thought if there is someone like me who wants to get in to hobby and doesn't have much sources, "Just go ahead, start to build, you will figure it out everything in the process" ;) ;)

Did you test? Did it survive the high throttle?

@shirsa2001  Didn't test for high throttle but the prop survived 2 crash landings at slower speeds.

Thanks @K K Iyer
