I got a volt error in my Imax b6 charger

Hi Rudh1984, welcome to the forum!
From the image I can see only the main battery plug is connected to the charger, you need to connect the balance lead from the battery to the charger as well.

Do read the instructions manual supplied by the manufacturer before operating the charger.

Change your power supply. Use minimum 12v 5A
