I found an excellent link :o{:)} , where everything with the transmitter control is explained starting form the take-off to some tough 3D maneuvers, very easy to follow, and very helpful to learn faster!

The part on joystick and the direction of the plane is very good. Very apt for a newbie. More such 'tutorials' would be welcome.

There is a channel on YouTube called KevinKingRc. This guy has a series of videos explaining everything from taxiing to take off to landing to inverted flight...... All the way till 3d.
The best part is that he shows it on a simulator so his stick
movements are also visible.
