You can buy Multiplex fox from RCD or other LHS. May be it is of any help.
Be a bit more specific as to why you need it and then only you can get appropriate answers.

Then surely you can build one yourself out of foam or balsa wood(of course if you have access to it.) Because fox will cost you around INR 700

There are many Indian hobby shops online.
You can find them by searching for 'stores' on this forum
Start with rcbazaar.com and rcdhamaka.com
If you are looking for really simple cheap stuff like in the attached pics, let me know.
Not really worth the price plus postage, but if this is what you want, its available.
