I orderd a mini toy quadcopter name echine H8S of Rs 1200/- from banggood by india direct mail. Now i got mail from banggood that it was on hold due to custom clearance. And giving me case no.000032. So, i want to know that it is stuck in customs or it returning to banggood?

if the toy is in 2.4Ghz then it is next to impossible to get it in India,

you have to submit pan card, aadhar card, your bank statement, your invoice, a self declaration for usage and technical write up, after the letter posted by the custom dept,

if they believe you it is possible to get the material,

if not they will ask for clearance from DGCA licensing authority, which is purely impossible hence go check with the concerned personnel and get your image as clean person to clear the material,
