i bought loctite 242 today, and then went to assemble the head i used two 1.5 mm hex wrenches, and tried to remove the 2 screws holding the feathering shaft ,i remembered that sujju(rcbazaar) have told in the video that the screws are not good and there are chances of stripping them. so i tried to loosen the screws with one shot, but, they got stripped, what should i do ?
please tell me what to do?
can u give me a technique to remove them

Try heating the Screw with a soldering iron and use a Nose Plier to remove it
My hangar includes
1. Align T Rex 450
2. Nine Eagles Mini Cessna(Sky Eagle)
3. Guillow's Fairchild 24
4. Sky Surfer
5. FS-TH9X

Yes soldering iron will surely help and at worst you might end up loosing/melting the O rings which can be replaced at minimal cost rather than changing the entire head.
However even if this does not work then use a dremel to cut the feathering shaft carefully (which I had to do with one of my align heli and replaced only the collar and 0 ring/damper)

Try getting the heli to the store maybe Dilip or Skanda will be able to help you on this.

one of my pass by opinion is : afterall these companies like align are making such costly helis , so why dont they use better quality screws atleast lol

this has been a topic of discussion here and other forums too.. infact align is still better forget about the clones where cost cutting is the core objective... i have used and still use screws from rcscrewz but unfortunately they are as expensive as the the heli itself.

Some times it can be your L key or the Hex driver which gets stripped, I would recommend try with a different set of Hex and avoid using the chinese ones which come in bits (32 bits screw driver set etc.) use good quality Hex tools and ensure that the angle is properly set before you move to avoid screw / hex stripping. Also make sure that you do not use these Hex tools on any other screws or all of them will get stripped.
