Most of the beginners tend to ask the same questions after joining RC India. To help them, and to ensure we make the information already posted here to good use, I am compiling a list of the most important/useful threads for beginners as a separate section in the "RC India Gems" list at :

Please submit links from our existing threads that you feel should be added to the list, and I will add them to the "gems". Then we can just point the beginner to the gems, and they should be able to get the most important threads in one place. Remember that we are trying to keep the list as short as possible, without missing out on important details.

Yes, very useful information. But it is not FREQUENTLY sought by beginners here, right ?
I guess we should add some threads about buying locally versus importing, and the related customs troubles etc.
Any other threads on RC India that are particularly suitable to beginners that you have come across ?
