Hello everybody

This is to inform you that I have placed an order(3154) and payment has been made same day.  But still order status showing processing. Most critical problem is that you cannot contact them. Thy have one contact number.7785012018 but never pick up. You send the email no body reply. Send SMS  no reply. Finally nither they are contactable nor they despatch the item. I'm having doubt about their business process. Can any body provide any contact number. At least I want to contact them once before taking next course of action.

Why didnt you think about their business process before ordering?

If you had taken the time to do some homework before ordering from them you would have landed http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/very-bad-dealings-with-thehobbyshop-in/ which is pretty self explanatory thread and would have helped you in deciding whether to order from them or not.

Anyways post in the thread and see how it goes meanwhile try to contact them in every way possible. You didnt mention order date or anything, so my point is dont be in a hurry. Give a 2-3 days slack after ordering to anyone for that matter.LHS's are not myntra or amazon etc(but some serve you as good as these bigwigs.

And next time please ensure that you do some kind of research and look for reviews before ordering online. A list of LHS's .
