Mr. Iyer, I see that you have a certain fascination with my screen name  8-)

I would not have had a problem if my previous two posts were read (or understood) in their entirety.
It is as simple as knowing not to post when you do not add value to the discussion.

With all your novel intentions to help, you do not have answers to my questions originally posted here.
So maybe it will help to give others a chance to speak up.

Cheers and have a great weekend !

There are no crashes, just hard landings !

Hello,
I went to the location where people from Pune fly. Three people showed up there with their planes and they were in this hobby for more than 2 years.
I requested one of them to fly the FT22 that i had built. Although he resisted, I insisted him to fly. And it crashed immediately after take off. After crashing the push rod came off from the servo.
So we fixed it and then tried again it flew for some distance and was not able to go into the air high because the ailerons were not strong enough. And then again it crashed.

I learnt following things:
1. Not to use aluminium as push rod material
2. Always screw in the servo arm
3. Use fiber glass tape on the ailerons

After this they gave me to fly their FT Trainer they were flying:
1. It was very stable and fun to fly as your first plane.
2. One of the person(Aniruddha) shared me a wing of their FT trainer and asked me to build the fuselage and try to practice on that first.

Future plan:
1. I will be planning to build a trainer first and get it in air and practice.
2. Keep the FT22 aside and fly it when i have enough experience.

Thank you all the people who have helped me on this forum for my first build.

If you are building FliteTest planes then using Depron Sheets with laminations will help. I used the same got it from Amazon but the lamination is not that good it comes off very easily.
So here are the answers to your questions:
how was your experience with the foam board ? - Foam board is really good
how was the lamination ? - Lamination is not that good. The paper used for lamination is quite thick and cutting it makes it hard. The lamination comes off very easily.
Does the bend and curve in the nose work properly or breaks while bending? - The bends work correctly and do not break if done carefully.
and how does it react to hot glue ? - Did not see much impact of hot glue on the lamination and hot glue works great holds all the parts in place. Although its early to say this since my plane was not in air for much time.
