Sir ,I am completely new to rc hobby.Could u plzz elaborate on the local materials that I can get to build a simple rc model.

Can anyone help me out with the most basic rc info??I need to learn about the types of planes that can be made, the required equipments,and their working depending upon their position in the model.

Go for skysurfer glider plane  and RCB6i Radio. Both will come under in your budget. And its available in Rcbazaar.com Bengaluru.

you can go for easystar, skysufer (pusher propeller style) or any higwinger trainer model.

Mr. Moss is a very good beginner plane. I had build one and organised a workshop on it too. Almost everyone was a beginner in that and they made the model successfully and flew it too. You can see it is in yellow in the pic. The kit for this is easily available at muav.in
If you want to go with other models like easy star, skysurfer you could go ahead with them. Very good glider models. The RCB6i radio is a good one with numerous features. Now, you'll have to decide which model you want. Also, a small suggestion kindly invest for a simulator too for learning some basic flying.
