A b3 only charges the lipo. I have one spare with me.
While a b6 or higher balance charges the LiPo.
It ensures that all cells are at equal voltage.
B6 is healthier for the long run and it also gives the option of charging to your desired specs and other types of charging modes are also available.
I have spoilt one 1000mah lipo with a b3.
Plus in a b3 the rate is fixed at 800ma . It will take a long time to charge a bigger lipo.

But the motor's max amp draw should not exceed the battery's max draw-able current

I am looking to buy a nitro RC car/buggy. I have visited a couple of stores in Bangalore(Modelart/RCBazaar). Also checked out products from online India/International(Checked out the mega-list from this forum ). I haven't been able to narrow down on a particular brand/model.
My basic requirements are as follows -
*Should be wallet friendly, since this will be my first nitro RC. Looking somewhere around 25k.
*Easily available spares. I hear there will be lot of wear and tears initially when you are a newbie, so would like to go for a product with easily available spares(at least the regular wear n tear parts)

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Yes it should be same voltage and APM. You must charge each cell seperately eg:3.7 v mobile charger

 I didn't get what you meant , but you can charge a Loop with any adapter that is compatible with the voltage of a single cell in the battery and also , you should use a charget of correct milli amps. On the side of DC , the battery is in DC so you should charge with a DC current source. I don't know what an AC adapter is but DC adapters convert AC from mains to DC current.So, did you mean DC adapters? P.S:I have used an adapter for charging my Lipo.

Brrjwal,you can make a plane with anything. You can use for from flex Ad boards or use high density thermocol sheets.
