I need a cheap Transmitter. Budget is around 5000. I found Turnigy TGY-i6 best in my budget. Is there any other better Transmitters  available in India. I would also like to know disadvantages of  TGY-i6 Transmitter.

If you push you budget by rs 1000 you would be able to get a fsth 9x(same as turnigy 9x) 9 channel radio...get those as you proceed with the hobby you will be able to do modification and get a performance of a good radio

Why did you say that turnigy 9x is better than Turnigy  i6?
Since i6 is new I  thought it will be more advanced.

Turnigy 9x can be modified by adding Frsky modules
That way you have the ability of telemetry and a solid reliable link(Frsky has excellent reception no problem with loss in signals)

But i6 has built  in telemetry and AFHDS V2 Within $50. I  will have to buy separate things for 9x right?

Nope thats upto you...you can upgrade it or use the stock...!
Plus you have 3 ch more!

@ahdamb ,you can get corosheet(market name sun pack) from any plastic house hardware shop.sending some photos of plane design by corosheet for your reference by which you can get some idea

you should try something like 3ch parkflyer plane from the rcbazaar.com
that looks like the hobbyzone champ
and if you want a bigger plane than that one then i sorry my friend but you'll have to extend your budget limit

Hi u have to increase your budget as only the transmitter and lipo will cost you around 5000.  for a plane u need 2 servos, 1 esc with bec,  lipo battery, bldc motor, propllers etc foam board as well.
