Title: My package is detained by the customs department in Bangalore

I have ordered a mobile phone from www.sp4mm3r.com. the package is detained by the Bangalore sub foreign post. Now can anybody guide me how to get it?  The seller is also not responding. I have paid full amount along with markup fee and GST through PayPal, but why it is been detained?

Post a screenshot of tracking?
You'll either receive the package by itself or you'll receive a letter from customs.

Also since its paypal, raise a claim. Hope you paid by seller method and not friend and family?

Still I have not received any letter from customs but had raise a complaint to India post, where I received this response from India post. Screen shot attached.

I don't know if it's only me but, have you noticed the name of the website? It reads "spammer". '4' represents 'A' and '3' represents 'E'.
I suggest you to open a dispute @PayPal and carry on henceforth.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have raised an issue with PayPal. Do know how to reach to customs? Please let me know if you can help me in this. Will the postal department deliver the package and collect the charges or I need to contact customs department?

You don't have to worry about anything. PayPal will take care of the rest :)

With PayPal, nope.
But there are plenty experiences where I had not used PayPal  ;D
