Hello there, welcome to the forum.
Why don't you exactly follow the plans? The plane is bound to fly. Balance every plane under the CG before flying. Don't jump into designing your own planes until you either have some experience with R/C planes or you have an education in aeronautics. Even if you have that education, RC planes behave a lot different than real ones. A real Cessna may be a trainer but a RC Cessna is an sport aircraft mostly.
Go for the FT old fogey.
Your motor seems to have a high kv! Any reason for choosing that motor? You will need a motor with lesser KV. What you have is suited more for multi-rotors. Get an Emax "red" motor (1200kv) available on Rchyper.com .
Do you have an simulator? Get one of those 22-in-1 simulators. They work with the fs-i6 and are a great way to learn flying. After you have mastered the sim, you can directly jump to a simple four channel plane instead of a slowish 3 channel one.
However, it's recommended that you do build a 3 channel plane. ( Old Fogey or the FT simple cub -> both are great first timers)
Regards

Please watch the FT beginner series.
A Jet isn't the best way to start out. I have been flying 4 years. still haven't moved onto jets.
No, that prop ain't sufficient. The motor wont do.

The manufacturer recommended prop for 2204 2300kv racerstar motor is 6030 prop.   So does anything weard happens if i put a 6045 prop on it

You shouldve bought a lower kv motor, and 6x3 prop is fine, @prabal, 6030 prop is fine, google the thrust test of this motor on 3s. @amanpradeep Could you tell your esc ampere? And , it seems that the main reason your plane didnt fly was the CG problem.

Your motor produced about 200gm thrust half throttle and 530 gm full throttle. So you need to build a small plane that weighs low. So that, at half throttle, your plane need to be flying level. A plane that weighs below 700 gms. Its that simple.
