Welcome to RC India :)

This topic has been discussed many times.  Please go through the sticky topics in the in the Beginner board (http://www.rcindia.org/beginners-zone/), and let us know of any specific questions.  Unless the questions are more specific, you may not get useful response from the member community here, as the choices are wide open.

Basically, you have to make a few decisions first (heli versus plane etc) before you think about buying anything, and all these issues have been discussed before.

If you are into planes, this thread is pretty helpful :

If you want to start with helis, this thread is a good start :

Basically, you have some reading up to do  ;)

Hi pavan
welcome to RC
Im also a newbie
just like u,i also hav
limited budget.
I suggest u  go through
all the topics in beginner zone. We need atleast rs 8k to get started with rcforall beginner combo pack or mr moss pack.

First u must decide whethr u wana start with planes or helicopters.

What do u say guys ?

Guys, my fair suggestions, I may be totally wrong here. But listen, this is not to discourage you. This is a kind of hobby that requires constant investment.

Say you build a plane today for 8K

Say you crashed, and now you need spares. So you again need money, spares are NOT CHEAP, a bent motor shaft for a beginners means, buying a new motor.

Saying that, after a few days you may want to build a better plane. Now you need more spares etc.

Say after that you need a radio with more features. Now you need more money. ;D

So what I am telling you is reality. You need some kind of constant input of money here.

So think! Are you the kind of person who is Really gonna stick to this hobby for long?

If not, then you are better off flying a plane thats available at a local store for 1500-2000 bucks, get the fun out of it and forget it.

If yes and you plan to stick to this for a long long time, then, if budget permits a good radio is a MUST. And a little more investment initially for a decent radio like RDS8000(From RCDhamaka) should hold on to you for a long time.

But if you are still very much interested in this hobby and dont want a local toy store plane, and really really low on budget, then the RCFORALL radio is the best, but you need to carry your laptop to the field for programming it.

So Think carefully and decide.

Hmm
some serious point
to ponder about.
