This would be my first order from banggood so I m a little confused.. The status of order says:

2014-12-02, 11:30, India, DIMC New Delhi. Receive item at office of exchange (lnb)

Doest this mean the item has been received at exchange office or are they asking me to receive the item from exchange office??

Hey Saurabh, Well Yes Your Item Has Been received at exchange office and I think it should reach you soon and yes you don't need to receive the item from the exchange office
