Can i make a battery pack with 4 cell phone battery (2400 mhz) and run 2 of 12v dc motor.. 
what will be the C rating for that pack?

and please remember that the voltage will be around 16.8.....might burn out the motors on putting load....

Hey buddy don't say as 2 motors, say in terms of current draw because depending on load on the motor current draw changes and thereby many things can change with battery also.

if you will connect them in series...then the voltage increases, if you connect them in parallel then capacity......

oh indeed then I suspect  u might need 18 batteries.  you'll need a 3s6p when using ncr18650be.

I saw 2 post of yours....one this and another one for was related to laptop batteries...... I think I replied at a wrong post .....:p

These are good for simple RC planes......basically light weight trainers which won't need much power..,...
